About Me

Hello, my name is Jan.

I have offered childcare in my home for over 30 years.  Over the past several years, I have reduced the number of children in my care.  I have 5 or fewer children in my care which allows me to offer more individualized care.  I think this is especially important for the infants who hold a special place in my heart.

Experience

I have been a licensed childcare provider in the state of Nebraska for over 30 years.  I attend continuing education meetings to further my professional development.  I am First Aid/CPR certified. 

My memberships include: Millard Area Providers, Omaha Area Childcare Providers & ChildCare Share Resource & Support Group.

Early Learning Program

We do have a structured schedule each day; however, the children’s play is often self-directed.  I feel this provides more of a home-like environment fostering creativity and open learning opportunities.
