About Me

I am a mother who worked in the retail field for 20 years.  I have three children and a very hard working husband devoted to family.  I am opening my home for children whose parents work a calendar school year.

Philosophy

I believe children should be cared for in a nurturing home environment while parents are away.  I provide children care and comfort in a relaxed, comfortable home in which to grow.  My priorities are structure through the day, which includes; playtime and naptime, home cooked nutritious meals, story time and lots of creativity.

Experience

I am a 3rd generation childcare provider.  I acquired much of my child rearing experience from my mother and grandmother, Isabell, who was a nurse and midwife.  I also have 19 nieces and nephews who have enlightened me with the level of creativity children can express.  I also have commercial daycare experience and certification in first aid and child CPR.

Additional Information

I work teacher's schedules through the school year.  Available for parent teacher conferences, open house and school functions.
