About Me
Hello! My name is Traci Carroll and I am a happily married
mother of four. Alex is 12, Alyssa is 5, Haleigh is 3, and
Jessica is 13 months. We have a safe and loving home for
children.
Philosophy
As an In-Home Daycare Provider, my goal is to provide a safe
and happy place for children to grow physically,
emotionally, intellectually, and socially.
I believe children learn through one on one interaction with
caregivers and through positive play.
Activities are designed to encourage imagination, language
development, social interaction, and memory. A strong
self-esteem is vital; therefore, I reward children on a
daily basis for good behavior and special tasks they
achieve. Open and honest communication between parent and
provider is an important step for a healthy, long lasting
relationship.
Experience
I
have 15 years of childcare experience and became a daycare
provider in 2002. I am CPR and First Aid Certified.
Early Learning Program
I offer a preschool program through the
MotherGoose Time
Pre-School Curriculum. Parents can sign their child up for
this program September through May. We focus on letters,
numbers, colors, and shapes. Introduction to Spanish and
sign language is also included.
Policies
A policy and welcome packet is included in the initial
interview.
Additional Information
A Christian non-smoking and animal friendly environment. Ratio of
children/caregiver is kept small for the child's benefit of
one on one learning and attention.
