 PHILOSOPHY

At It’s A Kidz World Child Care Center we believe that all children are unique, and it is our responsibility to help them develop to their fullest potential.  We believe it is essential for children to be in a positive, safe, healthy, caring and nurturing environment.  At It’s A Kidz World we believe that parents are the most important part of a child’s life and we will work with parents as partners for the benefit of the child and we also believe in providing children with opportunities that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.

Center Staff

Our staff is committed to the highest quality of care and developmental needs of each child.  Every staff member meets the required qualifications established by state regulation.

We employ people who are warm and nurturing, who understand child development, who can apply their knowledge in the classroom, who meets all of the state requirements, who are mature and who respect each child as an individual.  We seek employees who value working as a team with parents, colleagues, and volunteers.

Each staff member has on file three written references from previous employers and/or supervisors.  We require a background check and physical examination for every staff person.

Each staff member participates in continuing training programs throughout their employment.  Our staff is committed to complying with the state regulation that requires twelve hours of in-service training each year.  As well as CPR and First Aid Training. We promote professional growth by encouraging our staff to earn the Child Development Associate (CDA) credential first, and pursue a degree in Early Childhood or a related field.  Our staff is committed to working in partnership with you in meeting the needs of your child.

Learning Programs
