About Me
I've been married for twenty-four years with three beautiful and healthy children and two foster care children. I  work for the state of Iowa for sixteen years with mentally and or physically challenged adults. I love caring for children and people with special needs. I believe that God gave me a special gift to use my talents with special people.

Monday-Friday 6:30am to Midnight

My Philosophy
All children are welcome and treated equally, and with dignity and respect, regardless of race, color, creed, national origin, gender, age,, religion political belief, or physical mental/disability. Deb's Learning Place, Inc. will meet the needs by providing quality childcare for infants, toddlers, pre-school and school age children. Because of this philosophy Deb's Learning Place, Inc. will meet the needs of children with special needs as well as diverse background.

My Experience/Training/History
Licensed for four years with the state of Nebraska, 16 years of experience with the state of Iowa working with adults with special needs. I am CPR and First Aid certified with both Nebraska and Iowa for adults and children. Numerous hours of training with adult and child care. Attend many workshops to gain more information and knowledge to help children learn, play and grow. Ten years of experience with two foster children, one with special needs.
